Elaine Allen Shedd, age 65 of Abbeville, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at her residence.Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, May 26th in the Pope City Baptist Church.Reverend Danny Allen, Reverend Tommy Baker and John Shedd will officiate.Interment will be in the family plot in the Lebanon Cemetery. Mrs. Shedd was born on May 8, 1954 in Hawkinsville.She was daughter of Dan Allen ant the late Louise Hollingsworth Allen.She was a retired LPN with 42 years of service and retired from Crossview Care Center.She was a member of Pope City Baptist Church. Survivors include:father-Dan Allen of Abbeville, husband-Johnny Shedd of Abbeville, son-John (Nicki) Shedd of Byromville, daughter-Emily (Waco) Smith of Hawkinsville, brother-Reverend Danny (Roxanne) Allen of Rochelle, Sistes-Martha (Tim) Hobbs of Moultrie and Nancy (Andy) Munden of Owensboro, grandchildren-Tyler Smith, Rivers Smith, Chase Smith and John Allen Shedd, several nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and nephews.
