Denise Folds Lamb

"PINK OUT FOR DENISE"

Denise Folds Lamb, age 71 of Rochelle, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at her residence.   A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2024 in the First Baptist Church of Rochelle.  Visitation will be one hour from 1:00 PM-2:00 PM in the church before the service.  A reception will be held after the service in the social hall.  Reverend Richard Compton and Reverend Jay Moore will officiate.

Mrs. Lamb was born on September 30, 1952 in Americus, Ga.  She was daughter of the late Leroy Folds and Pauline Elizabeth Rentfrow Folds. She was retired from the Wilcox County State Prison, Wilcox County DFACS and Rochelle Elementary.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Rochelle and the Bible Sunday School Class..  She was a 1970 graduate of Crisp County High School and Graduate of Crandall Business College.  She was preceded in death by a sister, Elaine Jacob and grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Jay McDuffie, A. J. King and Abigail McDuffie.

Survivors include:  husband-Wallace Lamb, sons-Greg (Michelle) Lamb and Justin (Renee) Lamb, daughter-Kristi (Pat) Kelly, brothers-Wayne (Linda) Folds, Jimmy (Evelyn) Folds and Gerald (Lyn) Folds, sister-Belinda (Jody) Griffin, grandchildren-Micheal (Amber) McDuffie, Kiersten (Brandon) Walker, Kathryn Kelly, Jacob King, Gillian Lamb, Hunter Lamb, Cayden Lamb and Talon Lamb, great-grandchildren-Coraline McDuffie, Elliot McDuffie, Eden Walker and Adaline McDuffie.
