Deborah M. Stephens, age 59 of Rochelle, passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at her residence.A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM Sunday, November 1st at the home of Dianne and Jerry Stephens, 389 April Rd., Rochelle, Ga. 31079. Brother Jerry Stephens will officiate. Deborah was born on July 15, 1961 in Elizabeth, New Jersey.She was daughter of the late Arthur Messinger and Beverlynn Hinkelhein Messinger.She was kitchen supervisor with the Wilcox State Prison. Survivors include:husband-Jeffery Stephens of Rochelle, son-Matthew Messinger of Jesup, daughter-Hannah Stephens of Athens, brothers-Arthur Messinger of Fitzgerald and Frank Reider of Atlanta, sisters-Jan Hidi of Fitzgerald and Suzanne Taylor of Fitzgerald, and a grandchild, Christian.
