Curtis Donald Keene

Curtis Donald Keene, age 75 of Abbeville, passed away Saturday, October 1, 2016 at his residence.Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, October 3rd in the Kramer Baptist Church.Reverend Brad Brownlee will officiate and James Sutton will do a eulogy.Interment will be in the Morningside Cemetery in the family plot. Mr. Keene was born on August 30, 1941 in Abbeville.He was son of the late Curtis H. Keene and Mary Frances Tripp Keene.He was a member at Kramer Baptist Church where he served as deacon.He was also a member of the Wilcox County Farm Bureau.He was retired from Civil Service from Robins Air Force Base as an Electronic Supervisor and was a farmer.He was preceded in death by a brother, Tommy Keene and a sister, Karen Keene. Survivors include:wife-Ann Keene of Abbeville, sons-Donnie (Tina) Keene of Abbeville and Ken Keene of Rochelle, brother-Bob Keene of Cumming, sister-Delores Pope of Rebecca, grandchildren-April (Tracey) Graham, Wilson Keene, Curt Keene and Bo Keene, great-grandchildren-Trace Graham and Hunter Graham and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5-7 PM Sunday, October 2nd in the funeral home. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.
