Cliff Lindsey

Cliff Lindsey, age 58 of 46 Lee Street, Rochelle, passed away Thursday, February 23, 2012 in the Regency Hospital of Central Georgia in Macon.Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, February 25th in the Morningside Cemetery in Rochelle.Eulogies will be given by Charles Greene and Ralph Sutton. Mr. Lindsey was born on September 30, 1953 in Rochelle, Ga.He was son of the late Samuel Lindsey and Eva Barnett Lindsey.He was a faithfull employee of the City of Rochelle Maintenance Department for 38 years.He was a member of the First Avenue Baptist Church in Rochelle.He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Hutchins Lindsey and a sister, Cindy Tarvin. Survivors include;brothers-Sam "Bo" (Angela) Lindsey of Pineview and Marty Lindsey of Cordele, sisters-Gladys (Herman) Robertson of Brunswick and Velda Davis of Cordele and Caregiver-Fontella Benjamin of Rochelle. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM-11:00 AM Saturday, February 25th in the funeral home. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.
