Christine W. Mcduffie

Christine W. McDuffie, age 79, of 794 2nd Avenue, Rochelle, passed away Thursday, December 4, 2008 in the Pineview Health Care Center.Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 6, 2008 in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery with the Rev. David Clark and Rev. Ralph Griffin officiating. Mrs. McDuffie was born on April 22, 1929 in Wilcox County.She was daughter of the late Moye Williford and Wilma Hortense Lindsey Williford and wife of the late Donald H. McDuffie.She was a retired seamstress at Wilcox Garment Co. and was a member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include:Sons-David (Judy) McDuffie of Pineview and Tommy (Shundra) McDuffie of Rochelle, daughter-Linda (Richard) Benson of Daleville, Alabama, brother-Windell Williford of Abbeville, sister-Ruth Bennett of Albany, 9-grandchildren and 9-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Friday in the funeral home. The family may be contacted at the residence of Tommy and Shundra McDuffie, 796 2nd Avenue, Rochelle, Ga. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle has charge of arrangements.
