Chris Stone, age 73 of Douglas, Ga., passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2017 in the Coffee Regional Hospital in Douglas.Graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, November 16th in the Antioch Cemetery.Reverend Dr. Donnie Sutton will officiate. Mr. Stone was born on May 15, 1944 in Abbeville, Ga.He was son of the late James P. Stone and Nellie Cranford Stone.He was an employee of Wal-Mart in the Assembly Merchandise Department.He was of the Baptist Faith.He was preceded in death by a sister-Martha Dentin 2013 and a brother-James Wright Stone in 1996. Survivors include:sister-Katherine Stone Shreve McKinney (Jewett) of Macon and several nieces and nephews. Frazier and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
