Charles William "Billy" Conner

Charles William "Billy" Conner, age 64 of 218 6th Avenue, Rochelle, passed away Monday, September 17, 2012 in the Carl Vinson Medical Center in Dublin.A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, September 20th in the Rochelle United Methodist Church.Reverend Nancylee Cater will officiate. Mr. Conner was born on November 25, 1947 in Hawkinsville.He was son of the late Joel W. Conner and Lucinda Phillips Conner.He was a carpenter and a member of the Rochelle United Methodist Church and was a Vietnam Era Veteran. Survivors include:daughter-Kelli Gay of Valdosta, brothers-Bobby Conner of Ocilla, Jimmy Conner of Kennesaw and Joe Conner, Jr. of Warwick and 2-grandchildren-Zachary and Katelynn Gay of Valdosta. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.
