Charles R. Brown, age 75 of Rochelle, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at his residence.A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, January 14th in the family plot in the Cannonville Cemetery.Michael Keeble will officiate. Mr. Brown was born on August 24, 1940 in Abbeville.He was son of the late Jim Brown and Lesie Smith Brown.He was a self-employed builder.He is survived by his wife, Caroline Brown of Rochelle and several nieces and nephews.
