Cecil "Salty" Rutherford

Cecil “Salty” Rutherford, age 82, of Warner Robins, passed away Tuesday, January 18, 2022, in the Houston Medical Center.He worked at Robins Air Force Base in Avionics, and was a Navy Veteran. Mr. Rutherford was born November 14, 1939, in Rochelle, Georgia, to the late James Rutherford and Pansy Lamb Rutherford.He was also preceded in death by a brother, James “Buddy” Rutherford and a sister, Cecilia Laxton. Survivors include his sons, David Brian Rutherford (Levy), and Terry Scott Rutherford; and a grandson, Justin Blake Rutherford. A family gathering will be held on Friday, March 18th, from 5:00-7:00 pm at Frazier & Son Funeral Home, 1016 4th. Ave., Rochelle, GA 31079.
