Billy L. Phagan

Billy L. Phagan, age 68, of Pineview, passed away Monday, August 17, 2020, in the Houston Medical Center, Warner Robins, Georgia.He was a 1970 graduate of Wilcox County High School, and attended Middle Georgia College, and South Georgia Tech where he played basketball.He was employed with Robins Air Force Base where he was an Aircraft Work Leader, and was a member of Pineview Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. Billy was born November 6, 1951, in Macon, to the late Homer Fred Phagan and Susie Odelle Harvey Phagan.He is survived by his wife, Carol Barker Phagan; his sons, Marc Phagan (Melissa) of Warner Robins, and Matthew Phagan (Leslie) of Pineview; a brother, Fred Phagan (Linda) of Pineview; a sister, Glenda Sue Worley (Robert) of Arabi; and his grandchildren, Lilly, Brock, Bryce, Matty, and Dugan Phagan. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 20th, at 10:00 a.m. in the Pineview Cemetery, with Rev. Kim Conley officiating. Frazier & Son Funeral and Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements.
