Belinda "Diane" Neisent

Belinda “Diane” Neisent, age 49, after a valiant battle with a long illness, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 1, 2018 at the Lillian Carter Health and Rehabilitation Center in Plains, Georgia.Her devotion to her family and her firm belief in God supported her in her struggle and ultimately gave her peace.Diane was born on November 5, 1968 in Sebring, Florida to James and Jeanette Spires.She was preceded in death by her father (James) and her brother (Randall).Diane truly loved life and lived it to the fullest through simple pleasures; spending time with family and friends, fishing, and most importantly, taking care of her horses.She had an uncanny ability to reach people in deep and positive ways.She was a very caring and compassionate woman who loved her family. Diane is survived by her two loving daughters, Kimberly (Matt) McGuffin and Heather (Dusty) Lashley, by her mother Jeanette (Herman) Sutton, her brother and sister, Ronald (Sunny) Spires and Brenda (Bill) Stone.Diane will also be forever remembered by her seven grandchildren, Sabel, Erica, Haiden, Shealyn, Audrey, Logan and Madison. She will also be fondly remembered by her numerous nieces, nephews, cousin s and extended family. Family, friends and others whose lives Diane touched are invited to the memorial service at Frazier and Son Funeral Home, 1016 4th Avenue, Rochelle, Ga. 31079 at 1:00 PM on Friday, October 5, 2018.Reverend Danny Allen will officiate the service.The family will be receiving guests at Herman and Jeanette Sutton’s residence, 17 7th Avenue, Rochelle, Georgia. Flowers may be sent to Frazier and Son Funeral Home.Interment will take place at Cannonville Baptist Church Cemetery, Abbeville, Georgia. Frazier and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
