Beatrice Bloodsworth Mays

Beatrice Bloodsworth Mays age 90 of Rochelle passed away Friday, April 10, 2009in the Tift Regional Medical Center.Funeral services will be held at4:00 PM Sunday, April 12, 2009 in the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.Reverend Tom Camp will officiate.Interment will be in the Siloam Cemetery. Mrs. Mays was born on August 15, 1918 in Wilcox County.She was daughter of the late James Arthur Bloodsworth and Lola Bell Rhodes Bloodsworth.She was a member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and the Ladies Covenant Sunday School Class.She was a homemaker. Survivors include:son-Lawton (Carol) Mays of Rochelle, daughter-Sandra (James) Fitzgerald of Rochelle, brother-Pete Bloodworth of Pineview, 6-grandchildren, 11-great-grandchildren and 2-great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Saturday, April 11, 2009 in the funeral home. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.
