Addie M. Alford, age 85 of Fitzgerald, passed away Thursday, September 13, 2018 at her residence.Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, September 15th in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery.Reverend David Clark will officiate. Mrs. Alford was born on September 25, 1932 in Quitman.She was daughter of the late Bud Mitchell and Martha McClain Mitchell.She was a retired greeter from Wal-Mart in Fitzgerald and was of the Baptist Faith.She was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Alford. Survivors include several nieces and great-nieces and several nephews and great-nephews. Visitation will be Friday, September 14th from 6-8 PM in the funeral home.
